*National Coffee Association of Guatemala (Anacafe): Anacafe, established in 1969 based on legislation in Congress, is the only organization in Guatemala aimed at protecting the interests of coffee producers. It provides agricultural technology guidance, quality improvement instructions, market information, and issues export permits while conducting audits on the quality of coffee. Additionally, it strives for the promotion of Guatemalan coffee overseas.
