Local Delivery Policy:

Currently, we offer local area delivery exclusively. Here's what you can expect from our local delivery service:

  1. Confirmation of Delivery Time: Once an order is placed on our website, we will promptly contact you via the provided PHONE NUMBER and EMAIL to confirm the available delivery time range (e.g., 6 pm - 9 pm). In most cases, we will use messaging to communicate. Please ensure that the correct phone number is provided.

  2. Delivery Process: Upon confirming the delivery time, we will deliver your package to your doorstep or front door. We will also contact you through the PHONE NUMBER provided, preferably a mobile phone number, to notify you of our arrival.

  3. Delivery Attempt: Upon reaching the agreed delivery time, we will message or call you and wait for a maximum of 5 minutes for a response or package pick-up. If no response is received within 5 minutes, the following actions will be taken:

    1. Pre-arranged Package Placement: If the customer has previously agreed to leave the package at the doorstep or front desk, we will proceed accordingly and assume no responsibility for any losses. However, we will take a picture to confirm successful delivery.

    2. Unspecified Solution: If no specific instructions were provided by the customer, we will leave with the package. For the next delivery attempt, an additional fee of $5 will be charged.

Local Delivery Service Area:

Our delivery service covers the following areas:

Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville

Scarborough, Pickering, Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga

Markham, East York, North York, and Richmond Hill.

If you reside outside of these areas, please send us a message, and we will assess the situation accordingly.

Delivery Charges:

  • Orders over CAD 60 after tax qualify for free local delivery.

  • For orders below CAD 60, a flat delivery fee of $8 will be applied.

Order Processing:

We strive to process orders within 1-4 business days, including the day of placement. Please note that orders received after 5 pm will be processed on the next business day. Additionally, please be aware that we are closed on Mondays, and any orders received on Mondays will be processed on Tuesdays.


Please be advised that we cannot accept any responsibility for delivery issues resulting from the following circumstances:

  1. Inaccurate Shipping Address or Customer Name provided during the ordering process.

  2. Failure of package drop-off or pick-up due to the customer's failure to register their name at the property front desk (applicable to condo or apartment deliveries).

  3. Package theft occurring despite the customer's agreement to leave the package at the doorstep or front desk.

While we strive to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience, we kindly request customers to verify their shipping details and take necessary precautions to minimize any potential risks or incidents.
