Local Delivery Policy

We Are Only Providing Local Area Delivery At The Moment

What Will We Do For Local Delivery?

  1. After the order is placed through our website, we will contact you shortly through the PHONE NUMBER  provided by either messaging or calling to confirm the availability range for delivery (For example, 6 pm - 9 pm). * In most cases, we would use messages. Please ensure that the correct phone number has been provided.

  2. Once the delivery time is confirmed, we will deliver your package to your doorstep or front door and contact you through PHONE NUMBER (If possible, mobile phone numbers would be preferred). We will contact the customer on record when we have arrived.

  3. Once we arrive at the agreed delivery time, we would either message or call the customer and wait for a maximum of 5 minutes for a reply or pick-up. If there is no reply after 5 minutes, we would:

    1. If the customer agrees with us in advance to leave the package at the doorstep or the front desk, we will leave the parcel and are not responsible for any losses. However, we would take and send a picture to show that the package has been delivered successfully.

    2. If the customer does not mention any solution when the delivery is failed, we will leave with the package. Customers would have to pay $5 additional for the next attempt delivery.

Scarborough, Pickering, Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga,

Markham, East York, North York, Richmond Hill, Whitchurch-Stouffville

* If you are outside those areas, please send us messages, and we will discuss them based on the situation!

Free Local Delivery Is Available When: Orders Over CAD 55 After Tax.

Flat Local Delivery Fee: $8 

The Order Would Be Processed Within 1 - 4 business days (including the day of placing the order). 

Any order received after 5 pm on the day would be processed on the next business day.

Please note that we will be closed on Mondays. Hence any orders received on Mondays will be processed on Tuesdays.



​If the following reasons cause any delivery problem, we will not take any responsibilities:

  1. The Shipping Address or Customer Name is inaccurate

  2. The Customer does not register the name at the property front desk (in the case of condo or apartment), which causes failure of package drop-off or pick up.

  3. Under the agreement of the customer for leaving the package at the doorstep or front desk, but some people have stolen the package.
