This is a flavorful Hakata Nagahama-style tonkotsu (pork bone) soup made by boiling pork extract with onions and other ingredients over high heat, then seasoning with white pepper, ground sesame seeds, and roasted sesame seeds, and adjusting the flavor with soy sauce. It comes with a separate seasoning oil to enhance the richness and umami of the pork bone broth.
