For the chocolate, we use a refined matcha with rich umami and depth. In the chocolate part, we use stone-ground matcha. For the baked confectionery part, we use a bitter matcha. The aftertaste leaves a lingering bitterness of matcha. Both the chocolate and pretzel parts use "Uji matcha." This is a limited-time offering.
